These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Triserc platform ("Service") operated by Interdimensional Tech LLC ("Company," "we," "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
Triserc provides company research reports for sales professionals. The Service generates intelligence briefs based on publicly available information. Reports are intended to assist with sales preparation and are not guaranteed to be complete or error-free.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. One person or legal entity may not maintain more than one account.
The Service uses a credit-based system. Credits are purchased in advance and consumed when generating reports. New accounts receive a limited number of free credits. Purchased credits do not expire. If the Service cannot generate a useful report for a company, the credit is refunded automatically. All purchases are final. Refunds for unused credits are provided at the Company's discretion. Prices are subject to change with notice.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to access accounts or data belonging to other users; resell or redistribute reports without authorization; use automated means to access the Service beyond its intended interface; attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service; or use the Service to harass, stalk, or harm any individual or organization.
The Service, its design, and all associated materials are the property of the Company. Reports generated through the Service are licensed to you for your internal business use. You may not claim authorship of the underlying technology or present the Service's output as human-authored research to end clients without disclosure.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any report. Reports are based on publicly available information and may contain errors or omissions. You are responsible for verifying any information before acting on it.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Company in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for any reason at our discretion. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Unused credits are non-refundable upon termination for cause.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.
