Product Information: If you choose to describe your product for report personalization, that information is stored in your account settings.
We use the information we collect to: provide and maintain the Service; generate research reports based on your requests; process payments and manage your credit balance; communicate with you about your account or the Service; improve the Service and develop new features; comply with legal obligations.

The Service generates reports using publicly available information about companies. We do not collect private or non-public data about the companies you research. Report content is derived from publicly accessible sources. Research reports are stored in your account and are not shared with other users or third parties.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), hashed passwords, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
We retain your account information and research history for as long as your account is active. If you request account deletion, we will remove your personal information within 30 days. Aggregated, anonymized data may be retained for analytical purposes.
